St. Nick’s Market Rock n Roll & Film Tour

Adults £14
Children £7

A culture lover’s tour of Bristol’s Old town.

During the swinging 60s, the Corn Exchange had another fabulous period in its life as a major music venue. Some of the biggest bands in the world played beneath the Exchange Hall – The Rolling Stones, The Who, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Cream, and many more have graced our stage.

Of course, after playing inside, these same bands then would be found drinking at (and getting thrown out of) local bars, pubs, and hotels. This tour tells you all about those heady days (and nights) all whilst strolling through the alleyways of the Old Town and exploring the hidden parts of the Corn Exchange.

These same streets and buildings have featured often on screen – Poldark, Doctor Who, The Young Sherlock, and many more have passed through recently. Since the 1990s, period dramas have been filmed in the alleyways of St. Nick’s Market. Netflix and Apple T.V have become semi-permanent residents these days. Walk the same streets as the stars of the silver screen with us!
